Tres Osos which is spanish for "three bears" is an organic, Taggiasca variety olive oil carefully hand picked and milled to create one of the top olive oils in the world in polyphenol count. At 407 ppm, this is almost double the polyphenol count of the average of 222 ppm for most olive oils. More polyphenols equals greater health benefits.
